Payment

Sweetpea Polish accepts payments through PayPal and Stripe (credit card)

Shipping

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through PayPal, please contact sweetpeapolish@gmail.com prior to payment. If the PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided,  Sweetpea Polish will send the order to the address provided through PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to sanitary reasons Sweetpea Polish cannot accept any returns. Please contact us is you are unsatisfied in anyway and we will try to make it right. Also due to sanitary reasons Sweetpea Polish cannot accept exchanges of any kind. No refunds will be given and all sales are final. Exchanges can only be honored within 24 hours of receipt. If your item(s) was damaged during transit. An image of the broken product must be sent immediately.(see Contact Us)

Sweetpea Polish cannot be held responsible for broken, lost, damaged or stolen packages. once the package leaves our hands it is out of our control. 

I reserve the right to cancel/ refuse sales or shipments to anyone for any reason without explanation.

All polish is made in small batches, or by the bottle. We try our best to reproduce each polish however slight differences may occur.

Animals in home, if any allergies please be aware that while we try our best a stray strand of fur may make its way into your package. We will do everything to make sure this wont happen but, it is a possibility.

Keep out of reach of children.

For use on nails only! Do not eat or inhale!

Keep away from open flame!


International Customers

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

USPS’S local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Track Package

International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by local post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com. 

Refuse Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

Original and return shipping costs.

Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
